This cute 3 bedroom 1 bath was built in 1959 and over the past 60 years not much if anything has been changed. I mean it still had the original in wall furnace, air conditioning was from a huge window unit in the kitchen and the breaker panel barely carried 60 Amps as everything was gas powered. There was also previous termite damage in the hall bath and back bedroom that had to be repaired. While finishing out the garage conversion we discovered the original sewer lines were crumbling apart. Not to fear, this is what real estate rehabs are all about and why I love this business, solving problems and making homes beautiful again. This one took more time than expected and a bit over budget but in the end we polished this diamond up and turned it into a cash flowing rental.
