This house sat vacant in my neighborhood after the owner moved to a long term care facility. With help from another neighbor I was able to reach out to the family. I was able to provide direction by sourcing legal council to assist with paperwork and doing the leg work locally. After a year and a half I was able to provide the family with much needed funds and take a burden off their back. Now my fun starts turning this house that has been sitting vacant for 5 years back into a beautiful home. Follow along as we turn this house into a home!
