This house was a quick remodel needing some minor foundation work to replace the cedar piers with concrete piers while aligning. Updating electric with a new breaker panel, meter base and riser. Minor siding and drywall repair and full paint inside and out. Painting the window trim, door and staining the wood in the eves brought some much needed warmth to the house, a welcome departure from the all white drab exterior before. The kitchen was made more usable by walling off a doorway to the back bedroom, updating the counter and installing a washer / dryer combo unit making great use of the small space. Also moving the water heater to an external tank-less unit freed up space in the kitchen and allows for endless hot water.
