PINE AVE BEAUTY

This house was purchased as a pair with another house, but turned out to be the best of the pair. It has old smelly carpet, badly peeling outside paint and a leaning porch but the rest of the house was in great shape with a newer 3ton HVAC, new cabinets and countertops and a newer bathroom. We repaired some broken windows, added matching vinyl plank flooring where the carpet was removed, exposed the fireplace and added a small gas heater. For the exterior we prepped and repainted using a 2 color high contrast tone, lifted and repaired the porch. This house was an immediate favorite of how well it shown after being polished up resulting in it being immediately rented above market price.
