6th Street Retreat

This was a worn down 100 year old house with major foundation damage and rotten plumbing. We replaced half of the floor joists and subfloor, leveled it out and installed vinyl plank flooring. The old plumbing was so bad we started with new PVC and PEX piping while the flooring was out. Removing the wall between the original dining room and living room opened up the space to a much more usable living room. All new kitchen cabinets, appliances and bathroom fixtures installed. After the remodel it was finished off by fully furnishing the home.
