two on the block?

The adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath came up for sale on the same street as another rental I owned so I had to check it out. Built in 50's this house had no central heat or air, plumbing issues from decaying pipes and electrical wiring that was brittle. This was the perfect gem ready for some polishing, we added a 3 ton HVAC unit in the attic with new duct-work to all rooms, replaced supply and sewer lines under the house and in the yard. The previous owner installed a new modern breaker panel and riser but we took it a step further and replaced all the wiring in the house. These were some large expenses but they brought the house back to life and made a comfortable home!
