This was a small cinder block home that sat on the MLS for a long time. I made a low ball offer and closed on the property quickly with cash. There were a lot of problems with this small house, from massive termite damage on any wood walls in the back, to plumbing that needed to be dug up and replaced and electrical junctions that needed to be corrected and updated. After rebuilding the kitchen wall, replacing most of the rotted or broken windows we added used cabinets and new appliances. The bathroom is completely new and the laundry room was enclosed as it was open to the elements. This one also got an external tank-less water heater and a mini split hvac in the living room. Window units are provided for the bedrooms. Finished out with new siding in the back and fresh paint inside and out make this once scary house now an inviting place to call home.
